I had wonderful intentions to leave at 3am. But, I was too excited to fall asleep until 1 am and after the battle that I waged against my alarm going off at 2am, my husband determined we both needed additional sleep. So, his normal alarm went off at 5am, and disgruntled with myself I got up and got ready.
We ended up leaving 6:30am and now we are at the Starbucks in Flag City enjoying a cup of oatmeal.
I would like to thank everyone who has offered good wishes and helped us get ready. It truly lets us know who our friends are!
